  • Tomatoes (chopped)- ¼ cup
  • Olive Oil (or any cooking oil)- 3 tsp
  • Peanuts- 2 tsp ( optional)
  • Mustard seeds (Rai)- 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves- 5 to 6 ( optional)
  • Red Chilli Powder / Cayenne Pepper- ⅓ tsp ( to taste)
  • Turmeric (Haldi)- ½ tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp ( to taste)
  • Chopped Cilantro / Coriander- 2 tbsp ( for garnishing)
  • Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
