Really Cheesy Fat-Free Vegan Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ cup roasted red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup yellow onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process several until well blended. Pour into a saucepan, cook and stir over medium heat until it thickens, in less than 5 minutes. If your blender can cook, then process on highest speed setting for 5 full minutes.
