Camp Style Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 Potatoes diced large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbs flour
  • 3 tbs butter
  • Salt
Steps
  1. Quarter or large dice potatoes, cover with water and add ½ to 1 tsp salt, bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes or until fork tender. Drain. place 3 tbs butter in bottom of pan, melt and add flour to create roux, cook slightly but do not brown. Whisk in milk and reduce heat to simmer. Add potatoes back in and stir  to coat in cream sauce. add salt and pepper to taste.
