  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 cup of chopped pecan
  • ¼ cup pistachios (reserve to add to the top of the cookies prior to baking)
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut chips (reserve to add to the top of the cookies prior to baking)
  • 1 ½ cups of plain airy pork rind pieces (reserve ½ cup to add to the top of the cookies prior to baking)
  • 1 teaspoon of coffee grounds, fresh not previously brewed
  • ½ cup of sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 3 ounces sugar-free cocoa chocolate bar roughly chopped (reserve to add to the top of the cookies prior to baking)
  • Sea salt flakesfor sprinkling
