  • salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, diced and cooked to a desired crispiness
  • fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

  • ¼ cup pork rinds panko crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
