Ingredients
  • ⅔ bone marrow or 1 piece fresh bacon
  • 200 gr lard (or butter and 20 cl oil)
  • 3 large onions, sliced
  • 3 tsp. to s. Sugar brown sugar
  • 4 pieces of amber or brown beer or 2/2
  • 12 tsp. to s. flour
  • 200 gr gingerbread with honey
  • 15 cl of alcohol vinegar
  • Mustard
  • Salt, pepper, bouquet garnished with laurel / thyme
  • 4 pounds of beer from amber or brown ch'ti or 2/2
