Flat Bread
Yeast free and vegan flat bread. Quick and easy recipe anyone would love.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil for cooking
Steps
  1. In a bowl mix all of the dough ingredients into a unified dough.
  2. Knead with your hands for 2 to 3 minutes and shape into a ball.
  3. Divide the ball into 6 and roll each part into a disc shape.
  4. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a nonstick pan on high heat.
  5. Cook each disc of dough alone, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Place the flat bread on a plate and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
  7. Dig in!
