Air Fryer Pork Chops

Real food takes time, fortunately I'm retired and have it. Having lost 30 lb with LCHF, I'm gradually increasing carbs to find my level of tolerance.

Modified, sugarless

2 center-cut, bone-in pork chops, 1 ½ to 2 inches thick

1 tablespoon paprika

1 ½ teaspoons salt

1 ½ teaspoons fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon ground mustard

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
