Slow Cooker Hoisin Pork
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat and cut into large chunks
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (if needed, for thickening)
  • Fresh scallions and sesame seeds, for garnish
