Ingredients
  • 2 lbs of ground beef -OR- 2 lbs of ground turkey
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ onion, chopped small
  • 1 (10 oz) package of frozen spinach, thawed and water drained
  • ½ of a red bell pepper, chopped small
  • ½ cup of my Tangy Paleo BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce, or just use ketchup)
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • ½ tsp of cayenne
  • 2 tbs of olive oil (to sauté vegetables)
