Slow cooker teriyaki pineapple ribs
Ingredients
  • 2 racks of pork ribs (about 4 to 6 pounds)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional)
