  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay (tm) Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil (or parsley)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
