  • 2 cups red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup red onion, cut into small pieces
  • 1 ¼ cup shaved rib eye steak, chopped up *see note
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp black pepper, divided
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar pieces
  • 1 cup cubed mozzarella pieces
