  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese , grated, divided use
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil , plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup Mint , chopped; substitute 2 tablespoons dried if prefer
  • 2 cloves Garlic , minced; substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder if desired
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 24 ounce Marinara Sauce
