  • ½ to ¾ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ to 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste or madras curry paste

  • Juice of 1 lemon plus more as needed
  • ¼ to ½ cup Coriander leaves
