Bacon & Egg Bites Instant Pot

Ingredients
  • 7 eggs
  •  
  • 7 pieces of bacon
  •  
  • ΒΌ cup of shredded cheese
  •  
  • Salt to taste
  •  
  • Pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Fry up seven pieces of bacon.
  2. Whisk together eggs, salt, & pepper, until well blended.  Pour Egg Mixture into each 2.5 oz cup evenly, and then add 1 peice of bacon to each cup.
  3. Put shredded cheese into each 2.5 oz cup evenly.
  4. Add 1 cup of water to cooking pot.  Add a Trivet. Put Egg Bites Tray on top of the trivit and close the Instant Pot Lid.
  5. Use the EGG or Steam function and cook for 6 minutes.  Wait 3 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure.
  6. Take out your egg bites and serve, or put them in the freezer for a quick, ready to heat breakfast!
Notes
  • You can also add cheese or veggies to your eggbites! If you do, just use 6 eggs to make up for the extra room you need for the eggs and veggies per 2.5 oz eggbites.
  • ****Please Note, eggbites will be bigger when you open the lid to the Instant Pot, but it will go back down in size.
