Ingredients
- ¾ oz Lyle’s simple syrup
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1½ oz Appleton Estates Signature Rum
- ½ oz Smith & Cross rum
- 4 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
- (If batching in fridge, add 3tsp filtered water per serving)
Steps
- Shake over ice
- Strain over a big ice cube
