Lyle’s Rum Sour
Ingredients
  • ¾ oz Lyle’s simple syrup
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 1½ oz Appleton Estates Signature Rum
  • ½ oz Smith & Cross rum
  • 4 dashes Regan’s orange bitters
  • (If batching in fridge, add 3tsp filtered water per serving)
Steps
  1. Shake over ice
  2. Strain over a big ice cube
