Sweet Potato, Bacon and Date Hash with Thyme
Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup baby greens, such as kale, mustard or chard, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup dried dates, sliced
  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
