Polenta Chips with Pecorino and Sage
Ingredients
  • 500ml (2 cups) milk

  • 170g (1 cup) polenta
  • 40g (½ cup) finely grated pecorino or parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage
  • Rice bran oil, for shallow-frying
  • Plain flour, to dust
