  • 51⁄3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 51⁄3 tablespoons pumpkin seeds and extra for topping

  • 8 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 14 oz. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter for greasing the pan
