Homemade Tortillas
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • A big pinch of salt
  • ⅔ cup of water
Steps
  1. Combine everything in a bowl
  2. Dump onto a clean surface and continue working dough until a smooth ball is formed.
  3. Let it rest under a wet dishtowel for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Then roll out into a cylinder and cut into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Using a rolling pin roll them as thin as you can get them and then place one at a time in a medium hot pan.
  6. I sprayed my pan with a little cooking spray.
  7. Once it starts to get puffy and it starts to get brown, flip it.
