Ingredients
  • 1 small uncooked onion, diced
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced

  • 15 oz. canned pinto beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 large fresh tomato, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup corn kernels, frozen
  • 1 cup fat free vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbsp Hunts tomato paste
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
