  • 10 uncooked bratwurst links (2 ½ pounds total)

  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 10 hoagie buns, bratwurst buns, or other crusty rolls, split and toasted
