Ingredients
  • 250g (dry weight) white rice
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp medium curry powder (more if you like it very hot less if you dont like it too spicy)
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • ΒΌ pt vegetable stock
  • spray oil
