Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup parmesan cheese coarsely ground
- 2 to 3 plump garlic cloves minced (but also, use as much garlic as you like!!)
- 1 ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 24 oz jarred marinara (we like Rao's Marinara)
- non stick spray or can use oil (vegetable, canola or olive)
