Ingredients
- 80gr quick oats
- 1 banana, mashed
- 30gr vanilla protein powder
- 100gr high protein vegan yogurt
- 25 gr ground almonds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250ml soy milk**
- note: note: depending on your protein powder you’d need to adjust the liquid quantity. Protein powder and ground almonds absorb a lot of liquid so if you see that your batter is too thick add more milk until it reaches the consistency you see in the video.
