Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 eggs
- Tsp salt
- 4 to 6 Oz cheddar cubes
- 2tbsp oil
- 1 cup Buttermilk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 with cast iron in oven
- Beat eggs in separate bowl with some buttermilk. Add all ingredients together. Add. Buttermilk until pretty liquid
- Add oil to pan and pour in mixture.
- Batter should sizzle
- Bake at 375 until it sets
- Remove and let sit out a while
