Balsamic Steak Marinade
The tasty-est steak marinade I've ever tried!  Easy, too!

Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ C Balsalmic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • ¼ C Braggs Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce*
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Light, or Liquid Coconut Oil/MCT Oil
Steps
  1. 1. Combine thoroughly in a medium size bowl or other container large enough to hold the beef you will be marinating.
  2. 2. Add beef and turn to coat all of it.
  3. 3. Allow to sit at room temp for several hours, turning occasionally.
  4. 4. Grill or cook as desired.
Notes
  • *Worcestershire Sauce is a great flavor enhancer IN SMALL AMOUNTS. However, too much will make your beef taste like fish, so measure carefully.
