  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) very cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup almond milk; split
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup sliced almonds; split
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten for egg wash
