Ingredients
  • 2 heads fresh broccoli (do not cook)
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 6 to 8 slices of crumbled bacon, fried
  • 1½ cup shredded cheese
  • rasins (optional)
  •  
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ¼ to ½ cup sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. vinegar
Steps
  1. Separate broccoli into small flowerets.
  2. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, cheese & rasins.
  3. Blend all dressing ingredients together.
  4. Add dressing to salad and mix well.
Notes
  • Make recipe a day ahead and refrigerate for better taste.
  • I like it without the onions & rasins better.
