Eggs n Rice Breakfast

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 eggs, fried w/ cooking spray, sunny side up or over easy to over medium (whatever you like)
  • Soy Sauce
Steps
  1. Cook rice according to directions (I like to use chicken stock instead of water). If the rice is leftover, heat it up in the microwave w/ about a tsp of water to keep it moist.  Fry the eggs.  Serve on top of the rice in a bowl.  Top with soy sauce.
  2. subheading: Try this:
  3. cut some bacon into little pieces, cook it until it's done.  Throw in some leftover over rice and some eggs whipped for scrambling.  Stir fry the whole think until the eggs are cooked and the rice is warm.
