Braised Potatoes Gamja Jorim

  • 2 tbs Vegetable Oil 식용유
  • ½ cup ⅓ tbs Water 물
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seeds 깨 (optional)
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper 후추 (optional)
