Ornish - Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • or 2 teaspoons dried oregano, divided 2 TEASPOONS ground cumin, divided
  • ¾ CUP dried tomatoes roughly chopped

  • 1 CUP uncooked short-grain brown rice
  • 1 CUP corn kernels fresh or frozen
