Mexicano Veggie Burger
Ingredients
  • 1 15-oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15 - oz can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • ½ yellow onion, diced - optional - lately I have been leaving this out and they are still just as good.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon granulated onion
  • ¼ cup ketchup
