Sour Cream Quick Biscuits
From the kitchen of: Mimi Beckes. A very quick and easy bread that goes well with dinner or can be for breakfast as well. It is light and soft.
- 1-8 oz. pkg of Sour Cream
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 2 cups Bisquick or Pioneer Biscuit Mix
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together well. Spray a muffin pan with Pam and drop dough into pan. Fill each pan about 1/3-1/2 full. Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
