From the kitchen of: Mimi Beckes.  A very quick and easy bread that goes well with dinner or can be for breakfast as well. It is light and soft.
Ingredients
  • 1-8 oz. pkg of Sour Cream
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick or Pioneer Biscuit Mix
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together well. Spray a muffin pan with Pam and drop dough into pan. Fill each pan about ⅓ to ½ full. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
