Ingredients
  • 2 and ½ cup cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 and ½ cup chopped celery (about 4 to 5 ribs)
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 3 TBS hot water
  • salt and pepper to taste (we recommend ⅛ tsp of each)
  • Optional: honey* (if your tahini is too bitter, a little honey will mellow it out)
