Easy Salmon Patties (With Canned Salmon)
Ingredients
  • 1 15-oz can pink salmon (with or without bones)
  • 20 whole Saltine crackers crushed*
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 to 3 whole green onions thinly sliced; about ½ cup
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper or ground black pepper
  • subheading: Oil for Frying:
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable, safflower oil, peanut oil, or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoons butter more or less
