Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
  • White bread with ends cut off
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 to 6 eggs
  • ¾ tsp dry mustard
  • subheading: Need for Next Morning:
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
Steps
  1. Spray a glass pan with Pam.  Layer it with white bread (cut off ends)
  2. Brown sausage.  Drain oil and layer over bread.
  3. Layer shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Layer one can of Rotel tomatoes, draining the juice
  5. Layer one chopped onion
  6. Layer shredded cheddar cheese
  7. Beat 4 to 6 eggs with ¾ tsp dry mustard
  8. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight.
  9. subheading: NEXT MORNING:
  10. Preheat oven to 350.
  11. Mix one can of cream of mushroom soup with ½ cup of milk.
  12. Pour over casserole.
  13. Bake for one hour on top rack.
