Romesco Sauce
Ingredients
  • 3 Red Peppers
  • 9 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
Steps
  1. Fire Roast red peppers (char over flame until skin blackened & pepper soft & steaming
  2. Place garlic cloves in olive oil & fry over medium heat till lightly golden brown, remove from oil & set aside
  3. Fry bread in olive oil until golden brown & set aside
  4. Remove skin from peppers & chop into small squares
  5. Toast almonds & set aside to cool
  6. ADD peppers + garlic + bread + almonds in blender & mix to desired texture & refrigerate
