  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whipping cream 35% fat
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 5 oz grated cheese (150g) Swiss, cheddar, gruyere anything that melts easily
  • parsley (optional)
