  • Vegetable oil or ghee, 2 Tbsp
  • Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala (optional, use if you have it)
  • Salt as per taste
