Weight Watchers: Harvest Grain and Nut Pancakes -Food Meanderings

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (quick oats)
  • 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 ¾ cups 1 % milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped blanched almonds

  • additional cinnamon sprinkles
