  • 9 large Sichuan chilis dried, cut lengthwise
  • 5 cloves garlic sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger peeled and cut into matchsticks

  • 5 green onions cut into 1" pieces
  • ½ cup roasted salted peanuts
