Ingredients
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • flour
Steps
  1. mix flour and butter. Bind together the crumbles with the egg. Let the mix cool in the fridge for ½ hour
  2. roll out the dough and make it fit into a pie dish/pan which has been coated with butter to prevent it from sticking to the sides
  3. Bake the pie base for 15 min. at 200°C
  4. Take it out and put in the raspberry and bake the whole pie for another 5 min (be careful the sides dont get burned
