Brownies for 2

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp sweetener
  • 2½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2½ tbsp almond flour (or heavy tbsp of almond flour and heavy tbsp of lupin flour)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • subheading: Frosting:
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Pour into a parchment paper lined 9x7 pan (⅛ sheet pan) or loaf pan (lined)
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, add an extra couple minutes if using a smaller pan.
  5. Allow to cool
  6. subheading: Frosting:
  7. Heat ingredients until melty, mix well and pour over the brownies
  8. Allow to cool before serving
