Orange-Sesame Coleslaw
Ingredients
  • 1 16 ounces bag prepared coleslaw or 15 ounces cabbage plus one carrot grated
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 3 small seedless oranges broken into sections (or 2 navel oranges, peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium tamari or soy sauce optional
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dark sesame oil or to taste
