Ingredients
  • 1 cup basmati rice, rinsed in hot water very well
  • Around 2 cups left over koftas/chicken/beef/lamb, anything you have around would work well
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 2 teaspoons pataks madras curry paste
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 blocks of frozen spinach (feel free to use around 100g fresh)
  • 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1inch ginger grated/finely chopped
  • 1 potato cut up into 1cm cubes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
