Coffee Creamer Powdered-Keto #2
Ingredients
  • Homemade Powdered Coffee Creamer
  • 3 cups Powdered Milk or Powdered Whole Milk (Organic)
  • ¾ c. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbs Coconut Oil
  •  
  • smaller quantity 1 Cup Powdered Milk ½ Cup Powdered Sugar 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)

  • Melt the coconut oil, combine all three ingredients in a food processor, mason jar bullet, or blender and blend until it reaches a finely powdered consistency. Use as you would any powdered coffee creamer.

  • A mason jar is is a perfect storage container for your homemade powdered coffee creamer. The heavier coconut oil tends to settle, so I suggest making this in a container that can be tightly sealed so you can mix it a bit before you use it. Stores for a year

  • ALTERNATE Instructions: Mix together the dry ingredients. Slowly drizzle the melted coconut oil over the dry ingredients. Stir together to combine all the ingredients.

  • Homemade Cappuccino Mix
  • ½ cup Instant Coffee or a Regular or Vanilla Ground Coffee for non-instant
  • 1 cup Sugar can be regular, raw, coconut, etc
  • 1 ¼ cups Powdered Milk or Powdered Coconut Milk for dairy free
  • ½ teaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon

  • Steps
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well blended.
  • Pour into a jar or some kind of pretty storage container. To mix up your homemade Cappuccino Mix, add a few spoonfuls to a mug full of warm water. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. If using the non-instant ground coffee, add about 4 teaspoons into a reusable k-cup and brew as normal.

  • Orange Coffee Creamer
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk
  • ½ teaspoon dried orange peel
  • Combine all ingredients in zip-lock or vacuum seal bag (or jar!), whatever container you prefer. To Use: add 1 to 2 Heaping Teaspoons per mug of coffee.

  • ¾ C non-dairy coffee creamer
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¾ C confectioner’s sugar

  • Toffee Coffee Creamer

  • 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • Combine all ingredients in zip-lock or vacuum seal bag (or jar!), whatever container you prefer.
  • To Use: add 1 to 2 Heaping Teaspoons per mug of coffee.

  • Almond Joy: add 1 tsp coconut extract, 1 tsp almond extract, 2 TBS chocolate Syrup
  • Bavarian Mint -½ C unsweetened baking cocoa, ¾ C confectioner’s sugar
  • ½ tsp. peppermint extract
  • Black Forest: add 2 tsp almond extract, 1 tsp cherry extract
  • Cappucinno 1 cup hot cocoa mix, ¾ cup powdered coffee creamer, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Chocolate Almond: use 1 Tablespoon of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of almond extract
  • Chocolate: add 2 to 3 TBS chocolate Syrup
  • Chocolate Coconut Mocha: 2 TBS chocolate Syrup, 2 tsp coconut extract
  • Chocolate Hazelnut (aka Nutella): 2 TBS chocolate Syrup, 2 tsp hazelnut extract
  • Chocolate Mine ½ C. Dutch process cocoa, ¾ C. Powdered sugar, ½ t. Peppermint extract
  • Chocolate Orange: 2 TBS chocolate Syrup, 1 tsp orange extract
  • Chocolate Raspberry: use 2 tsp cocoa powder, 2 T. raspberry syrup
  • Cinnamon Cake: add 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon Vanilla- add 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Coconut: Add 2 tsp coconut extract
  • Cappuccino: use 1-tsp almond extract, ½ tsp orange extract
  • French Vanilla- add 2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla coffee syrup
  • Irish Cream: add 2 Tbs Chocolate Syrup, 1 tsp instant coffee, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract
  • Maple Java-6 Tbs. Pure Maple Syrup
  • Nutella- 2 TBS chocolate Syrup, 2 tsp hazelnut extract
  • Peppermint Patty: add 2 TBS chocolate Syrup, 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Chocolate Peppermint Coffee Creamer Recipe - Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon peppermint powder.
  • Salted Caramel:2 to 3 Tbs Caramel Ice cream topping, ½ tsp salt
  • Samoa (As in Girl Scout Cookie flavored!): add 2 tsp coconut extract, 2 Tbs Chocolate Syrup, 2 Tbs Caramel Ice cream topping
  • Strudel: use 1 T. cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp almond extract.
  • Toasted Almond: add 2 tsp almond extract
  • Vanilla: use 2-tsp vanilla extract
  • Vanilla Bean Creamer: add 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Vanilla Caramel: add 2 Tbs Caramel Ice Cream Topping and 2 tsp vanilla extract
