One Pan Meal (Kim Hughey)
Ingredients
  • 1 to 1.5 lbs chicken breasts (I like to use tenders)
  • 8 small new potatoes quartered (I use purple)
  • Bite size veggies to taste (Carrots, Onions, green beans, etc)
  • 1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 stick butter melted
Steps
  1. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken
  2. Place chicken in pan in middle
  3. Arrange veggies around the sides of the 9 x 13 pan
  4. Sprinkle with entire package of Italian dressing
  5. Pour melted butter over entire dish
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 350' for 45 minutes to an hr until veggies are tender
