Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds fully-cooked smoked kielbasa, cut into 1 to 2 inch slices
  • 2 pounds sauerkraut, drained well
  • 1 medium sweet onion, diced
  • ½ cup apple juice (or apple cider)
  • 2 TBSP spicy brown mustard, like Gulden's
  • 2 TBSP light brown sugar, (or more if you like it sweeter)
